Why Vietnam.<\/em><\/h2>\n\n

\n To process the Ultra 200X laminate so that it is weatherproof, highly specialised Taping machines and production routines<\/strong> necessary, which we cannot achieve at this uncompromising level with a domestic sewing machine.\n <\/p>\n

\n For pure manufacturing, we therefore work with a High-Tech Ultralight Pack Manufacturers<\/strong> in Vietnam. It specialises in working with ultralight materials such as Ultra 200X, DCF (Dyneema), Gridstop and X-Pac. The result: taped seams for maximum protection against the elements. This is a technique that simply cannot be achieved using conventional sewing machines.\n <\/p>\n

\n The WeitL\u00e4ufer Lab remains at the heart of the brand:<\/strong> Design, development, QC of every single rucksack and final dispatch. We are taking this step to a new level with the new manufacturing process. We are passing on the efficiency advantage directly.\n <\/p>\n\n
