Partner terms

What do I get?

For every order that comes through your link or code, you get 10% % of the total value of the order. That’s the value of the items, including VAT after discounts, excluding shipping costs and gift vouchers. So Agilist for 299 €, you get 29.90 €.

How is it assigned?

If a visitor agrees to marketing cookies, we will remember your link for 30 days. The last click counts: If someone then clicks through to another partner or referral link, the order goes to that one. Whoever enters your code at checkout is always associated with you, even without a cookie and without a click. Therefore, feel free to mention your code. Your own orders and orders from your household do not count.

When will the payment be made?

A commission is released 30 days after shipment if the order has not been cancelled or returned. In the case of partial returns, the retained portion counts. At the beginning of the month you will receive an invoice by email and the money by bank transfer as soon as at least €25.00 has been collected. This will be transferred to the next month. Alternatively, you can also withdraw shop credit from your account.

Credit process

The partner program is for entrepreneurs, including small businesses. We calculate refunds via credit: you don't issue an invoice to us; we issue the invoice for you. By registering, you agree to this procedure (§ 14, paragraph 2, UStG). If you are subject to sales tax, we will apply the sales tax on the refund, as a small business under § 19 UStG without a separate invoice. To account for the tax on your income, you will handle the tax yourself.

Advertising features

Affiliate links are advertising and must be labeled as such, for example with „Advertising“ at the beginning of the post and a star next to the link. You can find templates in your partner area. For links on the web, we recommend rel="sponsored".

What is not allowed?

Google or other search ads on our brand names (WeitLäufer, Agilist, Endurist, Trailist), coupon, cashback and discount portals, spam, false statements about our products, and the use of WeitLäufer false information about us. In the event of violations, we may cancel commissions and terminate the partnership.

Term and termination

The partnership runs indefinitely and can be terminated by either party at any time via email. We will then refund any commissions already paid. We will announce changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance via email.
