Fill in the form

Fill this in Withdrawal Form out below. With that, your cancellation is effectively declared and you will immediately get a Acknowledgment of receipt by email.

Create label & pack

In the email you'll find a link to your free DHL returns label. Pack the item securely and include a short note with your Order number .

Submit & Refund

Send the package to a DHL branch or Packstation After receipt and inspection, we will promptly refund the amount to your original payment method.

Register return

Good to know

  • Returns are free for you .The free DHL returns label will arrive by email, we'll cover the return postage
  • Test the rucksack at home only.Packing and trying on samples is expressly encouraged
  • Send it as soon as possible. Complete and in its original condition back, ideally in the original packaging
  • Accessories such as shoulder strap and hip belt pockets can you return just as it is

Exceptions

  • The Endurist and specially configured rucksacks are made individually according to your configuration
  • Such Bespoke items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (section 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB))
