Report damage

Covered
- Rising or tearing Seams
- Defects on Buckles and fasteners
- Faulty Materials under normal use
- Failure of Components without any noticeable external influence
Not covered
- Normal Wear (Abrasion, Fading)
- Damage by Misuse or overload
- External influence (e.g. sharp objects, animal bite)
- Independent Alterations or repairs

Send us an email with a few Photos of the damage and a brief description.
Response within 2 working days
We usually get back to you within two working days and clarify what the best way is.
Repair or replacement
We repair the rucksack in our lab in Emmendingen, or we replace it, depending on what makes more sense.
Repair beyond the warranty.
A WeitLäufer rucksack is designed to last. Should anything break after the warranty has expired, we offer a repair service for a fee. Please email us with some photos. We’ll provide you with an estimate of the work involved and the cost in advance.
Repair requestLegal rights
This voluntary manufacturer's warranty exists additionally to your statutory warranty rights and does not restrict them in any way. The statutory warranty against the seller is 2 years from the date of purchase.
