The voucher

The size chooses the the recipient.

S, M or L depends on the back length, not the body height. With the voucher you are giving the rucksack as a gift without having to measure in secret. It can be redeemed throughout the entire shop, including for accessories and spare parts.

Before Gifting

How does the recipient redeem the voucher?

Choose your rucksack, size and pockets in the shop and enter the voucher code in the shopping basket. If not everything is used up, the remaining balance stays on the code. If the rucksack is more expensive, the difference is paid normally at the checkout.

Will the voucher arrive in time for Christmas?

Yes, always. The voucher will arrive by email as a PDF a few minutes after payment, even on Christmas Eve. You can print it out or forward it directly. Backpacks and bags ordered by the cutoff time are dispatched on the same working day, with delivery within Germany taking 2 to 3 working days.

What size do I need for the recipient?

The size of the Agilist is based on back length, not height. If you can’t measure it discreetly, a gift voucher is the safest option. And if you do decide to give a rucksack as a present: we’ll exchange it for a different size free of charge, this is how the back length is measured.

What happens if the gift doesn't fit?

Everything can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The return is online registered, the DHL label will arrive by email. The money will be refunded to the buyer's payment method, and the recipient will not find out the price.
